Reinaudo to succeed Cornu at Agfa-Gevaert

Christian Reinaudo, president of Agfa HealthCare of Mortsel, Belgium, has been selected to replace Jo Cornu as CEO of parent company Agfa-Gevaert.

Agfa-Gevaert's board of directors approved Cornu's request to step down from that position as of April 27. Cornu has served as CEO since December 2007, while Reinaudo has been president of Agfa HealthCare for the past two years.

Reinaudo will remain as president of Agfa HealthCare for the near future. Agfa-Gevaert shareholders must confirm Reinaudo's nomination.
