Advanced visualization and healthcare IT developer Merge Healthcare of Milwaukee has signed a partnership with Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) in Boston to test new mobile healthcare applications.
The program will explore additional uses for Merge's newly released eFilm Mobile application currently approved for use on an Apple iPod touch or iPhone.
The mobile device application provides users of eFilm Workstation v3.3 secure access to worklists and studies from an iPhone or iPod touch.
