Amicas nets cardiology reporting deals

PACS vendor Amicas said it has received contracts for more than 90 cardiology clinical reporting modules on its Vericis cardiovascular image and information management system.

The Web-based structured reporting module was first introduced by Emageon at the 2009 American College of Cardiology (ACC) meeting. Boston-based Amicas acquired Emageon in April 2009.
