PACS vendor Intelerad Medical Systems will showcase new product line enhancements at this month's 2011 RSNA meeting in Chicago.
Version 4.4 of the company's IntelePACS software adds improved cross-functional and remote collaboration through expanded instant messaging capabilities, according to the firm. Intelerad's InteleViewer has also been upgraded with new layouts, timeline and thumbnail views, and flexibility to customize displays and filter for relevancy, the company said.
Intelerad will also highlight its new Peer Review software, which integrates peer review and image quality control into the radiologist workflow for prior images.
Targeted at distributed radiology customers, Intelerad's InteleOne 2012 features system infrastructure improvements with a special focus on high availability, server load balancing, service redundancy, and simple IT administration within or outside of a virtualized environment, the company said.
Intelerad said it has also upgraded its InteleConnect referring physician portal with an optimized mobile display and secure instant messaging capability.
