This multisession course will feature tips on how PACS can be used to build a culture of learning in radiology.
Presenter Paul Nagy, PhD, of Johns Hopkins University, will share techniques for incorporating nondisruptive feedback mechanisms for technologists and identify approaches for measuring self-reported performance, peer review, and feedback from radiologists.
He will also highlight methods to leverage PACS as a knowledge base and discuss how supervisors can apply this information to effective management.
