In this educational exhibit, a team from the Mayo Clinic will offer advice on how to best utilize the various displays used in medical imaging today.
Typical viewing conditions and technical parameters will be covered for smartphones, iPads or tablet PCs, medical imaging-grade PACS displays, a typical office PC display, and large-screen displays. Specifics will include basic viewing advice for different situations and also visual examples of how different aspects and platforms may compromise viewing for a specific image example, said presenter Alisa Walz-Flannigan, PhD.
