PACS vendor CoActiv Medical has installed its Exam-PACS at Hammers Healthcare Imaging, a diagnostic ultrasound practice in New Haven, CT.
Hammers Imaging upgraded its previous homegrown image management system, which archived exams to a small onsite server managed by the practice, with Exam-PACS. The practice also chose to store its exams on CoActiv's cloud-based Exam-Vault archive.
CoActiv was able to migrate all of the practice's existing data to the new archive and integrate its other IT systems so that all of the onsite software applications worked together seamlessly.
Hammers Imaging performs more than 10,000 exams annually, including thyroid, obstetrics, breast, musculoskeletal, and a range of ultrasound-guided procedures.
