Medical equipment manufacturer Mindray Medical International has signed an agreement to acquire a controlling stake in healthcare IT developer Zhejiang Greenlander Information Technology.
Through the transaction, Mindray plans to combine its sales, service, and engineering platforms with Greenlander's PACS, RIS, and other healthcare IT products. The terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
