PACS/RIS software developer Paxeramed has introduced iPaxera Lite, a free iPad/iPhone app for viewing and navigating DICOM images and cine loops.
The application includes a range of processing tools, as well as a reporting tool that allows radiologists to write reports and save or send them by email, according to Paxeramed. The app only lacks the PACS query/retrieve feature that is available on the complete iPaxera application, the company said.
