Fujifilm Medical Systems USA and Fujifilm Recording Media USA are collaborating to launch a cloud-based storage service called Permivault that expands Fuji's Synapse Managed Services platform.
Permivault provides both onsite and offsite cloud-based file storage services for disaster recovery and long-term data archiving for health and medical data management clients, as well as for any customer requiring file-based storage, Fuji said.
Permivault also features a secure storage architecture powered by StrongBox from Crossroads Systems.
