Imaging informatics firm Viztek is making its new PACS offering, PikoPACS, available free to the public, the company said.
Viztek debuted PikoPACS in August. The new browser-based PACS software has been downloaded by private medical centers, including urgent care, multispecialty, and radiology groups, as well as by individual radiologists using the viewer at home or at other offsite locations.
PikoPACS is available as a free download to the public from Viztek's website, the firm said.
