Teleradiology provider Diagnostic Imaging International (DIIG) had a profitable year in 2011.
The Las Vegas-based firm reported revenues of $3.53 million for calendar year 2011, an increase of 16% compared to 2010 revenues of $3.05 million.
The company attributed the revenue growth to a new contract obtained in 2011 and an increase in demand for radiology services from existing clients. A full year of service for a new contract obtained in 2010 was also reflected in the 2011 financial statements.
DIIG said that it reduced its debt through cash earned from operations and is now looking to expand its operations. It is currently investigating potential acquisition targets.
