PACS accessories firm PACSGear has inked an agreement with medical image sharing firm itMD.
itMD will participate in PACSGear's Open Image Exchange, a cloud-based network designed to securely share medical images and information, according to PACSGear. PACSGear will integrate with itMD using the Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise (IHE) Cross-Enterprise Document Sharing (XDS) integration profile, the company said.
