RIS/PACS vendor CoActiv Medical has been selected to provide its medical imaging products to Sand Lake Imaging, a multisite radiology practice in Orlando, FL.
The deal includes CoActiv's Exam-PACS with 3D image viewing and management, Exam-Sender and Exam-Browser for Web-based image and data distribution, and Exam-Cloud, a vendor-neutral, cloud-based archive and disaster recovery system.
Their installation will provide automated support for electronic medical record integration, and improve image sharing and communications among Sand Lake Imaging's multiple sites and referring physicians, according to the company.
CoActiv also announced it has established a sales relationship with JGR & Associates. JGR will represent the CoActiv product line in Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Illinois, and Western Pennsylvania. The agreement complements the CoActiv nationwide reseller network completed this year.
