RIS/PACS vendor Medweb has introduced new features for its Medweb Collage system.
The new features further enable the sharing of information across healthcare systems and promote secure access to patient information from mobile devices, the company said.
The company's new electronic health record/electronic medical record (EHR/EMR) gateway integrates patient imaging and reports from Medweb Collage into any EMR. In addition, mobile and/or remote access to Medweb Collage is now available, and authorized users can view and share data via a computer or mobile device, according to the firm.
These and other features will be highlighted at the American Telemedicine Association (ATA) meeting next week in Baltimore.
