The Society for Imaging Informatics in Medicine (SIIM) has announced new additions to its board of directors for the 2019-2020 term.
Two new officers and four at-large members were elected to the board at SIIM's annual meeting in Denver. Dr. Marc Kohli, director of imaging informatics in the department of radiology and imaging at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) has been tapped as chair-elect. Dr. Safwan Halabi, medical director of radiology informatics at Stanford Lucile Packard Children's Hospital, has been elected as secretary.
The four at-large directors include Dawn Cram of Gordian Knot Group, Kevin O'Donnell of Canon Medical Research USA, Teri Sippel Schmidt of Marquette University, and Dr. Alexander Towbin of Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center.
