Medical software company PACS Harmony will show the latest updates to its teleradiology software platform at RSNA 2019.
PACS Harmony's new teleimaging module allows imaging departments to send one or multiple imaging exams and all relevant information -- including clinical notes, diagnosis, and reason for ordering the exam -- to outsourced service providers with a single click. Once completed, the outsourced interpretation results are automatically entered into the patient's digital health record and subsequently locked to prevent accidental double reading by internal providers.
The new module also includes features designed to automate nearly every aspect of teleradiology protocols, from directing the transmission of imaging exams immediately after acquisition to automating exam distribution schedules and preconfiguring the number of prior exams to send to teleradiology providers.
In addition, PACS Harmony will show its independent, vendor-neutral universal worklist at the upcoming meeting in Chicago. The worklist can combine cases from different sources for viewing on a single patient list.
