Nuance Communications has launched an artificial intelligence (AI)-powered virtual assistant to provide patients with a unified healthcare experience across voice, web, mobile, messenger, and interactions with smart speakers like Alexa, Siri, or Google.
Nuance designed the platform to modernize the clinical care experience and increase patient engagement. It integrates and supports numerous key health systems, including electronic health records (EHR), customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and patient access center systems.
In addition, the platform has advanced, unified data analytics and runs on the Microsoft Azure cloud platform. It also features prepackaged applications tailored to address specific pain points for health delivery systems as well as the Nuance Mix do-it-yourself development tool to allow organizations to build their own solutions.
