The FBI has released Dr. Albadr Al-Hazmi, a fifth-year radiology resident at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. Al-Hazmi, who was being held as a material witness in the September 11 attacks on the U.S., was released Monday night, according to a report Tuesday on CNN.com. He was not charged with any crime.
