Pharmaceutical firm Immunomedics reported first-quarter revenue of $4 million, up from $2 million in the first quarter of fiscal 2001. For the period (end-September 30), the Morris Plains, NJ-based vendor had a net loss of $182,000, compared with a net loss of $1.5 million in the same quarter a year ago. Immunomedics attributed the decreased loss to higher revenues from its licensing agreement with Amgen.
