Former ADAC Laboratories executive Mohamed Elmandjra has joined optical imaging developer Photonify Technologies as president and CEO. Elmandjra previously was senior vice president at ADAC, which is now part of the nuclear medicine division of Philips Medical Systems. There he led the company’s PET business, and also served as vice president of marketing.
Sunnyvale, CA-based Photonify was founded in 1999. It is developing noninvasive imaging technologies based on a technology it calls diffuse optical imaging spectroscopy (DOIS).
