Toshiba America Medical Systems has received a contract to supply VA Medical Centers, clinics, and other U.S. government agencies with its diagnostic x-ray and vascular systems. Under the contract, VA facilities and other federal hospitals can buy x-ray systems from the Tustin, CA-based firm through the Veterans Affairs National Acquisition Center (VANAC).
Toshiba's full line of x-ray products is included in the deal. The one-year contract may be extended up to a total of three years, according to the vendor.
