Siemens inks deal with ION

Siemens Medical Solutions has signed a supply agreement with group purchasing organization International Oncology Network. ION, whose members include 2,600 oncologists in more than 1,000 practices in the U.S., will exclusively market the Iselin, NJ-based vendor's products, according to Siemens. Offerings covered under the deal include Siemens' biograph CT/PET scanner and Primatom image-guided radiation therapy system.
