Japanese vascular interventional device manufacturer Goodman has purchased optical coherence technology (OCT) developer LightLab Imaging. Westford, MA-based LightLab will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Goodman, and will be included in its consolidated accounts, according to the firms. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
