CHICAGO - Platinum Equity has annouced a new name for its imaging distributor unit: SourceOne Healthcare Technologies. The new organization will be formed upon completion of the merger of Platinum acquisitions Philips Health Care Products and Diagnostic Imaging, and is expected to be completed by the end of December.
SourceOne will be led by CEO Jerry Cirino. Other new executive appointees include vice president of service Fred Keller, vice president of marketing David Georges, vice president of manufacturing Allan Christensen, vice president of merger implementation Chris O'Brien, and vice president of operations Joe Alpeza.
