Imaging equipment distributor SourceOne Healthcare Technologies has implemented a new national sales structure.
The Mentor, OH-based firm has combined its radiographic consumables and medical imaging equipment sales forces into one sales organization.
With the new structure, customers will have a dedicated account executive to manage all aspects of their account, SourceOne said. In addition, SourceOne has formed a team of technical and product specialists for women's health and image networking/PACS who can assist in clinical solutions planning, applications training, installation, and service, according to the company.
Another support organization, SourceOne's inside customer care team in Mentor, OH, includes representatives that provide added support to national accounts, addressing region-specific needs and tracking account activity, SourceOne said.
