DOBI hit with SEC investigation

Optical imaging developer DOBI Medical International said that it and certain current and former officers and directors of the company have received subpoenas from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

The SEC is conducting a formal investigation to determine whether there have been any violations of securities laws from January 1, 2004, to the present, according to DOBI of Mahwah, NJ. DOBI said the company and its officers and directors intend to fully cooperate with and assist the SEC in the fact-finding investigation.
