GE Healthcare revenues, earnings rise

GE Healthcare produced second-quarter revenues of $4.16 billion, up 10% compared with the $3.77 billion turned in during the second quarter of 2005.

For the period (end-June 30), the Chalfont St. Giles, U.K.-based division of GE had net profit of $795 million, compared with net profit of $672 million a year ago.
