Siemens completes Dade Behring deal

Siemens Medical Solutions of Malvern, PA, today announced the completion of its acquisition of diagnostics firm Dade Behring.

Dade Behring will be integrated into the existing business of Siemens Medical Solutions Diagnostics, a wholly owned subsidiary of Siemens Medical Solutions USA. The primary offices of the company will be in Deerfield, IL, which are Dade Behring's current headquarters.
