Toshiba Medical Systems of Tokyo has named Dr. Kenichi Komatsu as its new president and chief executive officer.
He will replace Masamichi Katsurada, who will serve as an adviser to the board of Toshiba Medical Systems and parent company Toshiba.
Komatsu joined Toshiba in 1978 and most recently served as executive vice president of Toshiba Medical Systems.
