Imaging equipment distributor Alpha Imaging has been awarded exclusive rights to represent Shimadzu Medical Systems USA's portfolio of x-ray imaging systems in eastern Kentucky, West Virginia, and western Virginia.
The new territory supplements Alpha Imaging's existing Shimadzu sales and service capabilities in several other states, including Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Minnesota, and Maryland, according to the firm. Alpha Imaging has represented the Shimadzu Medical Systems portfolio since 1991.
