Philips Healthcare has inked a 15-year, $90 million strategic partnership with Marin General Hospital in Greenbrae, CA.
Via an enterprise managed services model, Philips will outfit the institution with a range of medical technologies, including imaging systems, patient monitoring, and telehealth and clinical informatics offerings, as well as clinical education, consulting, and design services. Philips will also provide technology, design, and informatics to help develop a new patient-centric hospital bed tower and ambulatory facilities, according to the company.
The large-scale partnership is the first for Philips with an independent community hospital and the company's third in North America in the past six months.
