Medical device developer Lifeline Biotechnologies reported that it has received a purchase order from its China-based distributor, Shanghai Science Medical Equipment, for its MastaScope mammary ductoscopy system.
The product is an intraoperative fiber-optic ductal endoscope for the early detection of breast cancer or other abnormalities.
The purchase order is for $27,000, according to the Reno, NV-based Lifeline.
