American Medical Resources has received Food and Drug Administration clearance to market its FilmSaver software. The Wilmington, DE-based vendor will be placing the first units at the University of Pennsylvania Health Systems in Phonixville, and at a Radiologix imaging center in Westminster, MD. FilmSaver is designed to help imaging facilities save money on film printing costs, according to AMR.
