Nuclear medicine firm ADAC Laboratories has announced that it will partner with cardiovascular information systems developer Seattle Systems to develop and market technology to enable hospitals to transfer clinical data between the Milpitas, CA-based firm's nuclear medicine imaging products and Seattle Systems' information systems.
The agreement includes CardioChart.com, Seattle Systems' Internet portal that allows patients, physicians, and clinical administrators to obtain integrated patient records from the Web. The firms also plan to jointly develop support tools for nuclear cardiologists.
In the future, ADAC and Oakland, CA-based Seattle Systems will explore the joint development of e-commerce products, as well as technology for the cardiac catheterization market.
