USDL suspends merger talks with IRG

Imaging center chain U.S. Diagnostic has suspended discussions for a proposed merger with radiology benefit management firm International Radiology Group. Each company believes that it may be in the best interests of its own shareholders to resume talks at a future date, according to West Palm Beach, FL-based USDL.
