Imaging center chain Miracor Diagnostics has acquired the Laguna Niguel MRI Center from U.S. Diagnostic in an all-cash transaction. The purchase marks the first venture for Miracor on the West Coast.
The San Diego-based company plans, through additional acquisitions, to increase its presence in the Laguna, Long Beach, and Newport Beach areas, according to CEO and chairman Lee Hulsebus. Miracor currently owns and operates imaging centers in Florida, Ohio, and Illinois.
