Imaging services provider Miracor Diagnostics reported fourth-quarter revenues of $2.7 million, up 8% compared with the $2.5 million posted in the fourth quarter of 2000. For the period (end-December 31), the San Diego-based vendor had net income of $65,000, compared with net income of $86,000 reported in the corresponding period of 2000.
For the year, Miracor had revenues of $9.3 million, an increase of 7% compared with the $8.7 million booked in 2000. The company had net income of $330,000, compared with net income of $176,000 in 2000.
Chairman and CEO Lee Hulsebus said the firm’s independent auditors have given the company a clean audit opinion on its 2001 financial statements. Previously, Miracor had been considered to be at-risk to continue as a going concern, he said.
