Imaging-services provider Alliance Imaging has acquired three free-standing imaging centers and three mobile, shared-service systems in the Northwest Indiana market from entities affiliated with Radiologic Associates of Northwest Indiana.
The Anaheim, CA-based firm has added a multi-modality center, an open MRI center, and a PET center to its fixed-site inventory. In addition, it picked up two SPECT systems and a bone densitometry system for its mobile portfolio.
According to the company, the acquisitions are expected to annually contribute approximately $8 million in revenues and approximately $3 million in earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization.
