Imaging services provider InSight Health Services has completed the purchase of 21 diagnostic imaging centers in the U.S., according to the Lake Forest, CA-based firm.
The centers, located in California, Arizona, Texas, Kansas, Pennsylvania, and Virginia, were formerly owned by the Comprehensive Medical Imaging subsidiary of Dublin, OH-based Cardinal Health. The parties are still in negotiations with respect to the purchase of a 22nd center, Insight Health said.
