Imaging services provider Radiologix has sold six imaging centers in San Antonio to Baptist Health System, San Antonio, for $10.5 million in cash.
The six sites included one wholly owned diagnostic imaging center and five joint-venture imaging centers, according to the Dallas-based firm. Radiologix retained some of the centers' accounts receivables, with an estimated value of $1.8 million. The transaction closed May 1.
