Ziehm introduces Quantum C-arm

C-arm developer Ziehm Imaging has launched a new C-arm system, called Quantum.

Quantum device is a self-contained mobile surgical C-arm that includes many of the features found in other Ziehm C-arms, including the company's Compact, Economy, and 7000 models.

Quantum's features include a one-touch control panel for imaging parameters, 16-bit acquisition, and image postprocessing functions that can be performed on the unit, Ziehm said. Images can be stored on multiple media formats such as hard disk, DVD, and USB sticks, according to the Riverside, CA-based firm.
