The American Healthcare Radiology Administrators (AHRA) reported that 33 radiology administrators who took the Certified Radiology Administrator (CRA) exam on March 10 this year received passing scores.
The average pass rate for the CRA examination to date is 78%, and there are currently 553 CRAs in the U.S., according to the Sudbury, MA-based AHRA. To maintain the credential, CRAs must submit 36 continuing education credits and pay a $150 renewal fee every three years.
