Healthcare provider network Centura Health has entered into a partnership with imaging center network Envision Radiology to develop a network of imaging centers throughout the Denver metropolitan area.
The companies said they will launch the partnership in the two existing radiology centers currently operated by Envision, South Denver Imaging and City Place Imaging, and plan a network of additional imaging centers within the Denver area.
The freestanding diagnostic imaging center network will be developed primarily through new construction; the partnership will consider acquisitions as opportunities arise, Centura Health said.
