Imaging services provider Primedex Health Systems of Los Angeles announced that it has changed its corporate name to RadNet.
The new name reflects the operating entity, RadNet Management, under which Primedex has been conducting its operations since 1992, according to the company.
Primedex has also offered a one-for-two reverse split of its outstanding common stock. The reverse stock split will help the provider meet the requirements for listing on the NASDAQ Global Market, the company said.
