The U.S. House of Representatives failed to act on the Consumer Assurance of Radiologic Excellence (RadCARE) bill before adjourning, according to the American Society of Radiologic Technologists (ASRT).
The CARE bill, which had received unanimous approval in the U.S. Senate on December 6, will be reintroduced after the 110th Congress convenes in January, according to the Albuquerque, NM-based society.
