Medical Resources finishes Med-Tel buy

Fixed-site imaging center operator Medical Resources of Bloomfield, NJ, has completed its acquisition of Nashville, TN-based Med-Tel International in a stock transaction.

The acquisition expands Medical Resources' market reach to Maryland and Ohio, and brings to 69 the number of centers the company operates in the U.S. Medical Resources also operates facilities in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
