Imaging services provider InSight Health Services plans to sell six diagnostic imaging centers in California, the company reported.
InSight will sell six of its Southern California centers to RadNet Management of Los Angeles for $8.5 million. The centers are located in Simi Valley, Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village, Encino, Van Nuys, and Valencia.
The Lake Forest, CA-based firm expects the deal to close in March, subject to customary closing conditions. The company attributed the decision to its strategy of divesting centers it considers nonstrategic or underperforming.
