Solis Women's Health of Austin, TX, has acquired Women's Imaging Center of Southeastern Radiology (SERA) in Greensboro, NC.
SERA becomes Solis' second breast center in the Greensboro market, following the acquisition last year of Bertrand Breast Center.
Solis plans to implement full-field digital mammography and MRI services at SERA and will continue to offer breast and general ultrasound, as well as bone densitometry.
