The acquisition of Inter-County Imaging of Yonkers, NY, has been completed, and the purchase of an additional nine imaging centers in New Jersey is expected to close around May 31, according to the Los Angeles-based firm. RadNet is acquiring the assets, excluding working capital, for $2.65 million in cash.
